How to Survive in this Machine-age

  How is a machine different from a human? What makes an AI tool more efficient? One main difference is emotional overthinking by human beings.  The machine is coded to just start operating on a given request, immediately and works in uni-direction.  A person on the other hand, may f ocus on related work or situation first. They may  get distracted to multiple areas or even give priority to their own life's requirements, thus causing unnecessary delays, in the given task. This is where we lose time usually. The need of current times, is to stop over analyzing and develop clarity, to focus better  on the deliverable .  Survival in today's world of competition with machines, might become difficult for men, otherwise! Accidents don't happen, when everything is alright....

"Things falling off is not Normal,  Short term memory loss is not common, Disturbed mind is where they reside, Become Aware, take charge of mind." Day-to-day misses or accidents don't just happen; they indicate something is not alright at mind-level or with life.  This is a symptomatic indication of nervousness, anxiety, overthinking and needs attention, calming down..... Challenge yourself for Self-Time Pause your day for around 15 min and give self-time. Use this precious opportunity to sit by yourself, observing your thoughts while meditating or journaling. Do nothing else and use no external information, mobile etc. just be with your own self. Self-Talk impacts your Life

We worry a lot about what others think or say about us. This doesn't really matter.  Other people have their own way of thinking, mindset and past experiences. They have their fears, emotions, desires or aversions.... Based on multiple such factors, they might choose to label an act or a person, with a certain adjective. While doing so, they are simply showcasing, their own mind's reflection! Let them think or talk anything, doesn't really matter. It won't affect your work or life, unless you talk similarly, against your own self.  What you internalize is extremely important - that's what impacts your future thoughts and choices.... We Win over Mental Sickness, as a Family

"They may fight or reject you, They may choose to disrespect you! When mental illness comes in family, You become part of the issue, automatically." We miss out on initial mental health symptoms but start blaming our family members. When they shout, are not ready to listen or act dull, this might be a call for support. If this repeats often, an underlying mental-emotional issue is being indicated, most likely. Family support and patience are extremely crucial to face and handle emotional illness - Without which, it may not be possible to conquer & reverse the issues, alone. Remember:  Together We Win, as a Family So work on yourself, Strengthen your mental muscles to Face multiple possible problems, and get ready to say:   "We are in this Together"   to your near & dear ones..... Think Less, Just Flow!

  Our education teaches us to analyze & think a lot, but when & where, that's generally missed out! Thinking and analyzing when un-needed becomes Overthinking. This might  cause stress, waste time, delay decisions or procrastinate work etc. Good speed of working, requires  reduction in what is called as Think-time. A choice of when to Pause to Think versus when to keep Flowing,  thus becomes crucial to get desired results! Yes, there may be mistakes and one needs to accept this reality, as a challenge. Can greed be conquered?

  King Midas was a man who wished that everything he touched would turn into gold.  However, he had not thought that this wish was not a blessing, but could become a curse, soon. He had this craze for gold but regrets this power, when he cannot eat anything , as it turns into gold.  Later, he has a heart break as a parent, when his own daughter turns into a gold statue and nothing seems to be possible, to bring her back….. This old story from Greece conveyed: 'Greed is bad' and has been known for years..... What are those things you like, for which you cannot stop yourself easily, from taking some more. Why do I deserve my-own liking?

What did I do well today ? Which behavior or communication of mine made me feel soulful & fulfilled? These questions are important to be asked to yourself every day, without a break. Though when you question yourself initially, obvious  answers might be like:  'nothing that I can think of....', 'i am no good, just an ordinary, selfish person' etc. for many people. However, if you keep digging a little more - review your day & notice deeply, you shall find little moments of goodness or some achievement, out there. Notice & treasure these! We take being generous & caring, with family, as for-granted. This is nothing but a duty, not really, when accompanied with a compassionate attitude; towards your child, parent or spouse etc. You open up your heart in such moments and become more humane and fulfilled, thereby. Similarly, all our small wins, collate to bring about that big success, later in life. This is where victory happens on a daily basis, and doesn...
