Day-to-day misses or accidents don't just happen; they indicate something is not alright at mind-level or with life.
This is a symptomatic indication of nervousness, anxiety, overthinking and needs attention, calming down.....
Challenge yourself for Self-Time
Pause your day for around 15 min and give self-time. Use this precious opportunity to sit by yourself, observing your thoughts while meditating or journaling. Do nothing else and use no external information, mobile etc. just be with your own self.
This might showcase some existing issues on top of your head and possibly help to become calm👍
